Farewell Speech of Marloes Bernsen.

When my mother died, I played some of you a song “Time Ticks”.
I never realized the time was ticking away so fast for me.

I’ve been fighting this disease,

but my brain wasn’t strong enough to conquer my body.

The last few months I’ve experienced most wonderful love from everyone.
I never realized I touched so many people’s lives.

I want to thank you all for making me feel great

AU REVOIR,

With love Marloes

When Marloes knew she was dying she made a farewell speech for all her friends.
She also selected two opera songs which have to be played before and after this speech.

  • Donizetti
The elixer of love L’elisir d’amore: “Una Furtiva lagrima”
  • Delibes
The flower duet ”Dome épais le jasmine”
